Webhosting: (also known as Webspace) is the memory space on a server that a provider (hosting company) offers you to make your website accessible on the World wide Web. This space could be rented by website owners for a period of time. There are free (you do not get a personal internet address) and also paid providers

Although these gratis hosting are free of charge, they are often accompanied with restrictions. Instead of your own personal domain name you get just a subdomain. The hosting providers advertise on your site inorder to finacially cover up the services they provide you. If you don’t want these restrictions and disturbances, its better to choose the paid alternative.
